Improving your triple bottom line – 3 Lens

When we think about being healthy, we use several markers to ensure we have a complete understanding of our physical and mental well-being. The same is true in business. Measuring success using a triple bottom line approach is not new; John Elkington coined the term 25 years ago to challenge companies to think beyond purely profit and expand their focus to include improving people’s lives and the planet’s health.

We believe all sectors have a responsibility to serve both shareholders and stakeholders. We characterise the triple bottom line as; prosperity, people and planet.

As organisational health specialists, our commitment to these attributes is at the forefront of our design techniques, values and devotion to enabling ‘the how’.
