For any business to successfully implement Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) it is critically important that they have a thorough understanding of their current state people practices which have built up over time.
We have developed a methodology that allows stakeholders to reflect on the maturity of practices through eight dimensions which align and enable SWP. To engage key stakeholders, we create a video introduction to the assessment explaining the assessment and takes 40-50 minutes to complete.
This foundational understanding provides business leaders with the necessary clarity to make informed judgments regarding the type of actions and expertise required to design, build and enable SWP successfully.
Once complete, responses will be analysed and collectively used to create a set of findings and recommendations. This ultimately provides insights on which to base decisions relating to alignment, focus, investment, expertise requirements and desired impacts.
