SWP Readiness Diagnostic for HES

Hello, I’m Susan De Fazio, Founder of Be Future Ready Today.

Following a recent recommendation from Deloitte, we are collaborating with Lindsey Ross and the steering team to develop a pragmatic approach for implementing Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) at HES.

We know that for any business to implement SWP successfully, it is crucial to understand its current state and the practices that have built up over time. This foundational information gives leaders the necessary clarity to make informed judgments regarding the actions, expertise and investment required to design and build sustainable capabilities.

Following our recent SWP Orientation and Future of Work, Sessions we are now ready to conduct an SWP Readiness Diagnostic. The methodology we use allows stakeholders to reflect on the maturity of practices through eight different dimensions.

Each dimension has six questions with space for additional comments. We recommend your answers be individual and instinctive, using the comments fields to articulate your thoughts or pose any questions. You must answer every question and complete all the comments sections to submit successfully. We recommend allowing 40-50 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the full diagnostic in one session.

All the responses will be analysed and used to create a set of findings and recommendations, allowing the leadership and steering teams to reflect and build an implementation roadmap suitable for managing the risks and opportunities associated with the future of work.

To meet essential delivery timescales within HES, we require your submission to be with us no later than Monday, 17th of January.
